Eca is not entirely sure why, but she seems to spend a lot of time on administrative tasks.
As an organised person she always keeps spreadsheets to track spending but somehow it never adds up to the institution accounting records. Just finding the right information in the system takes hours (and emails to finance). Then trying to match up purchase numbers that differ from requisition numbers with no product details, and without being able to compare dates because products are paid on delivery, makes this task at least a full day job.
