Eca's PhD students have big experiments underway and need support with techniques and set-up. With the other time pressures Eca does her best to provide information and advice at these crucial stages. She is grateful that her students are self-driven, capable people but wishes she had more time to dedicate to them. 
Data is constantly coming in. Eca makes time to check and provide feedback on data presentation and the next set of information to gather.
